Driverless cars and India

A team from a driverless car company was sent to India for a feasibility study. This is the report that was submitted back:

After doing the study at ground which included detailed analysis of road infrastructure, traffic conditions, police behavior and mindset of the end user, we have reached the conclusion that our system is yet too immature for deployment in India. We have to upgrade the AI to the next level to tackle Indian people and traffic.

Below are the main issues:

Our driverless cars need major upgradation in their operating system before they can be deployed in India. We need super intelligent cars here, not just intelligent cars.
